Dean Graziosi 90 Day Challenge Day 12


Hello my name is Gerald Price and I am a Real Estate investor in Rhode Island. This blog is about my experiences using the Dean Graziosi approach to real estate investing, I will be using what I learned from the 3 day workshop I just attended. I'm on day 12  of this 90 day challenge now and I feel closer to making something happen. I have been working on building my power team, creating a buyers list, and finding deals. I just went to walk through a few properties with one of my real estate lawyers on my team and things look good we just have to make an offer at this point. I had my partner run some comps and now it’s time to just work the formulas we learned at the training.  Continue to follow my blog as I update you on my progress of wholesaling my first deal using Dean's system of real estate investing.

Dean Graziosi 90 Day Challenge Day 11

Hello fellow investors things are really coming along I went to check out some properties today and I’m going to be making some offers. I’ve really been trying to find some multi-families for the buyer I meet last week. I want to really wholesale him a deal.
I wanted to tell you are about how important it is to network with like minded people, I spoke with a guy last month about helping me take my real estate business online. He was looking to charge me between 3 and 6 thousand to put it everything together. The funny thing about it is I felt it would be worth it. The way I was looking at it is if those efforts bring in one or two deal in a year I can break even. Now this is why networking is important, this lady I meet at the Dean Graziosi 3day workshop Betty, gave me a call and we talked about investing in real estate for about 2 hours or so, I was explaining how I got started with no money and made 28 Grand on my first wholesale deal. Now that’s cool but that is not my point, speaking with here helped me to understand investing a little bit more and I put together some no money down tax lien concepts that we can use. That was cool but that is not my point either, my point is Betty called me up today and told me about a service called SBI they give you a easy way to build websites and also the help with SEO, they have domain names included, and even an auto responder platform for email marketing, and it’s all for $300 bucks a year. Wait there is more if I buy one before Christmas I get one free, so two websites for $300 bucks that also includes hosting as well. It also comes with training on how to build your online business all for $300 bucks a year that’s less than a Dollar a Day. Here is some info about that if you are interested.

Dean Graziosi 90 Day Challenge Day 10

Hello fellow investors,
Today was a great day things are moving right along and I have a few more short sales coming my way. I went by to visit one of my lawyers today to talk real estate and he told me about a deal he was in the process of buying. So I asked him what was his exit strategy and he said he was looking to buy fix and flip the house. I asked him, how are you financing the deal and he told me with hard money. I proceeded to tell him how I could get transitional funding at 2% w/ a $495 processing fee; and asked him if he would be interested in wholesaling the deal. He said yeah let’s do it and I will slit it with you if you find the end buyer.
Now I tell you this story because I want you to see how, you can use your resources to find deals. I will be basically making the money I am saving him on the deal all because I told him about the leading sources we have through Dean’s system. I will keep you posted on that deal.
On another note I am going to be meeting up with some of the students from the Three Day workshop we took this Saturday the 15th at 5:30 sharp in Cranston RI. We will be meeting for about an hour and one half; I have my friend from Legal Shield coming to talk about low cost and no cost legal services we can for our real estate business. Dean Graziosi 90 Day Challenge Day 9

Hello fellow investors its day 10 and I haven’t found a deal yet that I can wholesale, but I have been making a lot of progress. However I need to step it up a notch, I am not looking at enough properties. I should be looking into at least 50 properties per day. I should be making at least 20 offers a week. So these are my new goals I will keep you posted of the results.
Don’t be afraid to let people know you are a real estate investor; I meet a young man today that is doing pretty good investing in and flipping motorcycles. He buys them at a discount and then quickly sells them for a profit. He said it takes a couple of weeks to make a profit of a few thousand dollars per deal.  I told him about real estate deals that I have done with little or no money of my own out of pocket, and the profits that I had made he was very interested to learn more. So I took done his contact info and I  am going to email him one of Deans eBooks, my goal is to make him a wholesale buyer, birddog or equity partner on a deal. Remember you are a Real Estate Investor now, talk about it.

Dean Graziosi 90 Day Challenge Day 8

Hello Fellow Investors how is your investing going? Before I get started I just want to say that I'm not going to blog on Sundays, because I am at church most of the day and the rest of the day I spending time with my family. Now that we have that out of the way I wanted to talk about how having a good real estate agent is important. Today my Agent introduced me to another investor that he is working with. He did this because he understands that I am a wholesaler always looking for deals. The investor that I meet is a business owner that owns a few properties already but wants to start picking up some of the deals that are out there. Me and my agent have been talking about what my goals are and now he is working to help me accomplish them. I also got a call on one of my adds that I posted on Postlets. This is a great way to build a buyers list.
