Hello fellow investors, I have been doing a lot of networking lately. I have also been working on my marketing for deals. So today I want to talk a little bit about that. Other than Dean Graziois my real estate mentor has been Than Merrill from CT homes, he focus is on the marketing and business systems of real estate investing. I am building my Real Estate Business based on his business model, and according to Than Merrill the Foundational Marketing Materials are three basic things you will need before you can market for buyers and sellers: 1.) Business Cards, 2.) a Seller Credibility Packet, and 3.) a Buyers Credibility Packet. Now to create these materials you will need the following:

· Your Business Name

· Your Business Logo

· An Easy Phone Number to remember

· A Website Name

· Your Business Color Scheme

I am going to add to that list, where you see website name, I would add a Blog Name, Google+, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts as well.
